Business support is $145+GST per hour. Onsite visits add a $62.50 travel & admin fee (absorbed on longer or project work); remote support has no travel fee. After the first hour we bill in 15-minute increments of $36.25+GST.

Our normal hours are 8am–8pm Monday to Friday and 9am–3pm Saturday. On Sundays, public holidays and outside these hours we charge a 100% surcharge on our rates.
