We are locally owned and operated and have been providing quality IT support services in Kapiti Coast and Otaki for over 25 years.
FAQ
How much does an Otaki business IT support Callout cost?
We charge a minimum of 1 hour for business users $145+gst then a travel surcharge of $54.35+gst. For longer Callouts or project work we'll absorb the travel fee and our hourly rate will apply. After one hour we bill in 15 increments of $36.25+gst.
How do I pay for my Otaki IT Callout?
We offer bank deposit or EFTPOS. You can also pay cash or online credit/debit/amex card.
A 3% surcharge applies for EFTPOS.
What technology do you work with?
We are happy to work on all business technology. The only devices we don't work on are gaming computers. These often have custom bios settings, custom parts and our techs are unable to work on these as part of our normal Callout due to the time involved investigating your setup. Please contact us if you have a gaming computer to avoid disappointment.
Can you help with my email issues?
Yes we can. We are well versed in all mail programs such as Outlook, Apple Mail. Further we know all about Office 365, Google Mail, IMAP, POP and SMTP. Please note for business Office365 users where you're using your own domain, i.e. [email protected], our business rates would apply.
Can you help with my EFTPOS?
Yes we can however we recommend speaking to your EFTPOS vendor first and see if they can identify the issue. If they determine it's a wireless, internet or network issue we can assist from there. Hardware or configuration issues we often can't and you'll need to speak to EFTPOS provider which can cause two charges, one from us and one from them so please check your support agreement first.
Can you help with my domain, dns or website?
Yes we can.
Can you do remote support or managed workstation support?
Yes we can.
For managed workstation support, we charge a monthly fee per machine. This includes a remote support agent, antivirus product, ransomware protection and advanced threat protection service. Please get in contact for a quote.
* What are your 24/7 charges?
Our normal hours are 8am - 8pm Mon-Sat. On Sundays, public holidays and from 8pm-8am we charge a 100% surcharge on our rates.
